My greatest passions are: exploring the natural world, food in all it’s forms, healing through touch and the study of yogic sciences. Over the years this has lead me down many wild and wonderful paths including owning and running an organic farm, exploring the underwater world as a diver, traveling to far flung regions in search of exotic flavors and diving deep into the art of culturing living foods and discovering their health giving benefits.

Culinary journey

My personal experience of maintaining vibrant health through good food and movement practices led me to pursue my career in the health and wellness industry. I started working as a chef for yogis in southern Spain and later diversified as a clinical nutritionist after completing my Diploma in Nutritional Therapy in 2009.

In 2012 I took a deep dive into the wonderful world of raw food science with a course in plant based nutrition at the Living light culinary institute in California. 

My yoga journey

My yoga journey started in India in 2000 with a month long Iyengar training, I have been a devoted practitioner ever since. Asana and pranayama practice are integral to my life and provide a reference point for me that keeps me grounded and energized as well as physically robust.

It is a great honor and privilege to be able to help guide my clients compassionately in their journey towards optimal health and wellbeing. Health and healing for both individuals and the planet are what drive me and, through my work, I hope to inspire others to spread the love!
